Come have some fun while learning lacrosse in a fun-filled, high energy, summer lacrosse camp at Urbana High School. Current coaches and members of the team will share their expertise and enthusiasm for the fastest game on two feet!

- 5:30 PM | Check-In; Main gate of Stadium
- 5:40 PM | Dynamic Warm-ups
- 5:50 PM | Stick work
- 6:10 PM | Offensive & Defensive stations
- 7:10 PM | Specialty Situations
- 7:30 PM | Competitions
- 8:00 PM | Cool down & daily awards
What to Bring
- Girls Lacrosse Stick (We have a few available to borrow)
- Goggles
- Mouth Guard
- Sneakers AND Cleats
- Goalie Equipment, if applicable
- Sunscreen
- Water & Snack
- A Positive, Fun and Energetic Attitude
